▸Which course should I start with?
If you are new to AI, try the free AI Foundations course. For practical beginner training, choose the Copilot course for Microsoft 365 finance tasks or the prompting course for writing and checking requests across AI tools.
Choose AI Agents & Workflow Design if you already use AI for basic tasks and want to build a repeatable process. Choose Governance, Risk & Compliance if your role includes assessing, approving or overseeing AI use.
▸Do I need to complete the courses in order?
No. Each paid course has its own explanations, practice files, assessment and awards. You can enrol in one or more. Read the experience and software requirements for the course you choose.
▸How are the courses delivered?
The paid courses use self-paced written lessons, guided exercises, downloadable materials and worked answers. You complete the practical activities and final assessment in your own time. No live attendance is required.
▸Will I receive a certificate and badge?
Yes. Complete the required lessons, practical work and any course project, and achieve at least 80% in the final assessment. Each completed paid course earns its own Empathetic AI Academy certificate of completion and badge.
▸What should I check before purchasing?
Check the course level, software requirements and study time on the course description page. Software subscriptions are separate from the course fee, and workplace feature access may depend on your organisation’s settings.
